·   Work closely with the project team’s PMs and General Superintendents to track progress, chronicle delay and to engineer recovery schedules.

·   Produce What-If P6 scenarios to assess acceleration options through multiple calendars and shifts.

·   Produce miscellaneous schedule reports and bi-weekly/monthly progress reports including narratives and forecasted trend analysis.

·   Produce change order fragnet views and time impact analysis views to illustrate change management.

·   Maintain schedule cost management.

·   Produce proposed re-baseline schedules.

·   Produce as-built schedules.

·   Devise and manipulate layouts and filters to generate desired views and to problem solve.

·   Conduct live Go-to-Meetings for remote schedule status updates as needed.

 

Owner’s Rep Schedule Review Analysis & Reporting

·   Review GC baseline schedule for sufficiency and logic sequencing errors and against scheduling specification when applicable.
